Thanks @ashwin67  Happy New Year to Team Softaculous

Also unlike DA / cPanel it was not showing the backup account name in the backup file, usually the account name is available to know that the backup is for which account

Is there a workaround possible for sending the Backups to specified Folder so that we can know the backups by it's folder name. Awaiting reply...

i.e. backups files can be placed under individual folder created by us from user's Webuzo Control Panel for Disaster recovery purpose.

Sorry for the delay in response.

The backup file name contains the username but backups are generated in the same folder.

Sorry for replying late, but the backup names showing as below, Can we have the backup account name added to this ?

Thanks will wait for the update of account name in the backup files .

# Also if SFTP support for backup is enabled for client support our clients can take backup using SFTP.
